Members of the press, who wish to cover His Holiness the Dali Lama’s visit at the Office
Depot Center on September 19, 2004 and the University of Miami’s Convocation Center on
September 20th and the 21st, must complete and submit the following form:

Due to security, no one will be permitted to cover the event without a certified credential.
Media staff will allocate media tickets only to credentialed media representatives.
All credentials are non-transferable, and must be picked up in person the day of the event.
Once your registration is received, a media staff representative will contact you via e-mail.
If you work on a freelance basis, please have your editor/producer assigning you to cover the
event email Dina Allende at dina@allendepr.com. The letter should be on company letterhead
and provide a brief description of your coverage plans.
Completed forms should be submitted electronically. Please indicate if you wish to attend
the Public Talk and/or the Buddhist Teachings as outlined in the schedule below.
