Each year ODN (Osel Dorje Nyingpo) holds an annual event. Many of Khempo's students previously studied with an American Buddhist teacher by the name of Rama who passed away in 1998, the smoke offering will honor him and his American Buddhist teachings. The event also includes a Tibetan Tantric smoke offering and a celebration to honor Guru Rinpoche.

What is a Smoke Offering?

It is wonderful!

A smoke offering is a Tantric gesture to the Infinite which has the benefit of healing and empowerment. Smoke offerings have the ability to promote peace and positive activities. Based on motivation, it is offered as a gesture to the Buddha, the Dharma, the Sangha, Deities and Dharma Protectors.
